Lemme GLP-1 Review: What the Daily Capsule Can and Can't Do in Perimenopause

Lemme GLP-1 Daily is a citrus and saffron supplement, not a GLP-1 drug. It won't reverse the weight shift of perimenopause, but its saffron extract may take the edge off snacking.

Our verdict

Lemme GLP-1 Daily, now sold as Lemme Reset, is a lemon, blood orange and saffron supplement, not a GLP-1 drug, and Lemme says so on its own label. Each extract is dosed at the amount its own small, maker-funded trial used, and the saffron data on snacking is the most useful part for women whose cravings climb in perimenopause. Expect a few pounds at most over months, not prescription-level results. Start with one bottle, which is the only size Lemme will refund.

Is Lemme GLP-1 Daily an actual GLP-1 medication?

No. Lemme GLP-1 Daily is a dietary supplement made from lemon, blood orange and saffron extracts. It contains no semaglutide, no tirzepatide and no hormone of any kind.

Lemme says this itself. Its product page states that the capsule does not contain GLP-1 or synthetic GLP-1 and is not a GLP-1 agonist drug.

The idea behind it is different. A drug like Ozempic or Zepbound copies a gut hormone that tells your brain you are full. Lemme instead says its lemon extract helps your body make a little more of its own GLP-1.

You may see it under a new name. Lemme now sells the same formula as Lemme Reset, while Amazon still lists it as GLP-1 Daily. The brand, co-founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, launched the capsule in 2024.

Because it is a supplement, it did not need FDA approval before going on sale. The maker, not the FDA, is responsible for its safety and for backing up its claims.

What's in Lemme GLP-1 Daily, and does it work?

A daily serving is two capsules holding three branded extracts. Here is the good news first: each one is dosed at the amount its own study used.

  • Eriomin lemon extract, 200 mg: a blend of lemon flavonoids, the plant compounds behind the GLP-1 claim.
  • Supresa saffron extract, 176.5 mg: the appetite ingredient, sold as Satiereal outside North America.
  • Morosil red orange extract, 400 mg: a blood orange extract tested for body weight and waist size.

None of the three is a vitamin or a mineral. So the NIH has set no Tolerable Upper Intake Level for them. That level is the daily safety ceiling it publishes for nutrients like vitamin D or zinc.

The catch is that nobody has tested the full capsule. Every study below looked at one extract on its own, and the ingredient makers were closely involved.

Eriomin: the source of the 17% GLP-1 claim

The famous number comes from a crossover trial in which each person took both Eriomin and a placebo, one after the other. It enrolled 30 adults aged 40 to 70 with high fasting blood sugar.

After 12 weeks, GLP-1 levels were 17% higher on Eriomin than on placebo. Fasting blood sugar fell 5% on Eriomin. On placebo, it rose 4%.

Body weight did not change in either phase. Eriomin's maker, Ingredients by Nature, funded the study.

A larger 2019 trial gave 103 adults with prediabetes Eriomin or a placebo for 12 weeks. GLP-1 rose about 15% on Eriomin and did not change on placebo. Weight barely moved in any group.

Keep that 17% in proportion. An ordinary meal raises your own GLP-1 by more than that. Prescription GLP-1 drugs work at far higher levels and stay active for days.

Supresa saffron: the snacking data

The snacking figures on Lemme's page trace back to a 2010 trial of 60 mildly overweight women. They took the same 176.5 mg saffron extract or a placebo for eight weeks, with no diet rules.

Snacking fell 55% in the saffron group. It fell 28% in the placebo group.

The extract came from its French developer, Inoreal.

Morosil blood orange: the strongest weight result

The best weight data belongs to the blood orange extract. A 2022 trial gave overweight adults 400 mg of Morosil or a placebo for six months.

The Morosil group lost 4.2% of body weight, about 8 pounds. The placebo group lost 2.2%, about 4 pounds.

Only 98 of the 180 people who started finished the study, which weakens the result. Morosil's maker, Bionap, supplied the capsules and paid publication costs.

So does Lemme GLP-1 work? Each extract shows a small, real signal in one or two industry-backed trials. The combined capsule has no trial of its own.

How much weight could you realistically lose, and how fast?

If the ingredient studies carry over, expect a small change. Think a few pounds over several months, not a dress size a month.

Lemme itself asks for three to six months of daily use before you judge it. The saffron trial saw its effect within eight weeks. The Morosil trial took six months to reach about 4 pounds more than placebo.

Now compare a prescription GLP-1. In the STEP 1 trial, adults on semaglutide lost an average of 14.9% of their body weight over 68 weeks. The placebo group lost 2.4%.

The fair takeaway is that Lemme might help at the edges. It will not produce drug-level weight loss, and Lemme does not claim it will.

What real Lemme GLP-1 reviews say

On Trustpilot, Lemme's store scores 4.4 out of 5 from 189 reviews, as of Sep 27, 2026. Those reviews cover every Lemme product, and most of the praise goes to the gummies.

About 15% of the reviews are one-star. They focus on surprise subscriptions, late or lost parcels, and refused refunds.

Buyer comments about the GLP-1 capsule itself, across Amazon, Reddit and review roundups, split in a familiar way. Some people say cravings eased and energy felt steadier. Others say nothing changed after weeks of use.

Shipping delays and slow customer service come up again in Reddit threads. A few users mention mild bloating in the first week that settled.

What Lemme GLP-1 Daily costs on Lemme's site and elsewhere

One bottle holds a month's supply. On Lemme's own site, subscribing lowers the price, and bigger shipments lower it further.

  • One bottle, no subscription: about $80
  • Monthly subscription: about $65 a bottle
  • Two-month delivery: about $120, or about $60 a bottle
  • Three-month delivery: about $170, or about $55 a bottle

Shipping is free on subscriptions and on orders over $50.

Lemme also runs a promo landing page with lower prices. On Sep 27, 2026 it showed about $60 for one bottle and about $50 a month on subscription. Treat that as a promotion, not the price you will pay all year.

Over a year, a monthly subscription comes to about $770. The three-month plan brings it down to about $670. Buying one bottle at a time runs about $960.

Amazon sells the capsule under its old GLP-1 Daily name. iHerb and Erewhon carry it too, and Erewhon's shelf price was about $90 when we checked.

Is Lemme legit and safe?

Lemme is a real, established brand, and the capsule uses named extracts from known ingredient makers. The open questions are about its marketing and its customer service.

Side effects and interactions

The studies reported few side effects. In a saffron trial of perimenopausal women, mild gas and nausea were a little more common than on placebo. Research reviews of saffron also list headache.

  • Antidepressants such as SSRIs: saffron seems to act on serotonin, so it may add to their effect.
  • Blood thinners: saffron may thin the blood slightly, on top of warfarin, aspirin or clopidogrel.
  • Blood pressure pills: saffron may lower blood pressure a little, adding to your medicine.
  • Diabetes medicines: Eriomin lowered fasting blood sugar in its trials, so the effects could stack.
  • HRT: no known interaction with estrogen or progesterone turned up in our research. The capsule does not replace hormone therapy.

If you take any of these, show the label to your pharmacist before you start.

BBB grade, lawsuits and regulators

The Better Business Bureau gives Lemme, Inc. an F letter grade, and the company is not accredited. The file lists 9 closed complaints over three years, including trouble managing auto-shipments.

The BBB star average is a separate measure. It rests on just two customer reviews, too few to tell you much.

Lemme also faces false-advertising suits over its GLP-1 claims. The newest, Tiberia v. Lemme Inc., was filed in federal court in California on July 13, 2026.

It argues that a small rise in natural GLP-1 cannot deliver results like Ozempic. Two earlier suits by a buyer named Robins were filed in 2025, in California and New York. The allegations are unproven, and the newest case is at an early stage.

No FTC or NAD action naming Lemme turned up in our search. The NAD is the advertising industry's own watchdog.

Lemme GLP-1 in perimenopause: what it can and can't touch

Perimenopause moves weight around. As estrogen falls, fat tends to shift toward the belly, and blood sugar can get harder to keep steady.

That shift is hormonal. A lemon, orange and saffron capsule does not change your estrogen, so it cannot reverse it.

There are a few places where it might still earn its keep.

  • Evening snacking: the saffron data is about snacking, which often creeps up with poor sleep.
  • Blood sugar: Eriomin trimmed fasting blood sugar slightly in people with prediabetes, a mild early form of blood sugar trouble.
  • Mood: saffron has its own research on low mood, covered just below.

A different saffron extract, called affron, was tested in 86 perimenopausal women for 12 weeks. Anxiety scores fell 33% on saffron and 11% on placebo.

It did not beat placebo for hot flashes. Lemme uses Supresa, not affron, so treat this as a hint rather than proof.

For symptoms, the proven tool is different. The Menopause Society names hormone therapy as the most effective treatment for hot flashes and night sweats. It is not a weight-loss drug.

For weight itself, prescription GLP-1s are the tool backed by large trials. Our guide to perimenopause weight loss medication walks through the options. Our perimenopause weight supplements guide covers what else is on the shelf.

Lemme vs Pendulum, ColonBroom, berberine and a real GLP-1

Several products borrow the GLP-1 name. Here is how they differ.

  • Lemme GLP-1 Daily: citrus and saffron extracts, about $65 a month on subscription. Its best data is on snacking and a small GLP-1 bump.
  • Pendulum GLP-1 Probiotic: gut bacteria, including Akkermansia, plus prebiotic fiber, aimed at blood sugar through the gut. Read our Pendulum review.
  • ColonBroom GLP-1 Booster: berberine, quercetin, resveratrol and zinc, not fiber, at about $25 to $85 a bottle. Read our ColonBroom review.
  • Berberine: a plant compound with more blood sugar research than weight data. We weigh it up in berberine vs Ozempic.
  • Prescription GLP-1: semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed after a clinician visit. It costs more, and its weight results are in a different league. See the cheapest GLP-1 options.

Our GLP-1 supplements vs prescription comparison lines these up side by side. Our roundup of GLP-1 reviews collects what real users report.

Who Lemme GLP-1 Daily suits, and how to try it without getting stuck

  • Good fit: you snack more than you want to and would like a gentle, no-prescription nudge.
  • Good fit: you are happy with small, supplement-level evidence and a modest budget.
  • Not a fit: you want the weight loss people describe on Ozempic, Wegovy or Zepbound.
  • Not a fit: you take an SSRI, a blood thinner or blood pressure medicine and have not checked first.
  • Not a fit: hot flashes and night sweats are your main problem, since saffron did not beat placebo there.

If you decide to try it, a few simple steps keep you in control.

  • Buy one bottle first. Only your first single-bottle supply is covered by the money-back guarantee.
  • Know the fee. Refunds carry a processing fee of about $10.
  • Skip bundles at first. Lemme does not accept returns on two- or three-month supplies.
  • Manage the subscription yourself. Under Manage Subscriptions in your account, you can skip, change or cancel.
  • Set a reminder. Put a note in your calendar a few days before each renewal.
  • Track one thing. Pick a simple marker, like evening snacks or waist size, and check it at eight weeks.

Verdict: is Lemme GLP-1 Daily worth it?

Lemme GLP-1 Daily is better built than many GLP-1-branded supplements. It lists its doses, matches them to real trials, and admits it is not a drug.

Its most useful part is the saffron extract, which cut snacking more than placebo. For a perimenopausal woman fighting evening cravings, that is a fair reason to try one bottle.

What it cannot do is replace hormone therapy for symptoms or a prescription GLP-1 for weight. Go in expecting a small nudge, and give it about two months before you decide.
