Zepbound is tirzepatide, made by Eli Lilly. It works on two appetite hormones instead of one. In a head-to-head trial, it led to more weight loss than semaglutide. Hers offers the KwikPen and the vial at Lilly's own cash prices.

Hers also lists Ozempic, the diabetes version of semaglutide, as a pen or a pill. A clinician prescribes it only if you meet clinical criteria. The Ozempic pen starts at about $200 a month, and the pill at about $150. Foundayo is a newer GLP-1 pill from Eli Lilly that doesn't need an empty stomach. It starts at about $150 a month.

Oral kits and liraglutide: no longer on the menu

Hers used to sell oral kits of older pills, such as metformin, bupropion and naltrexone, for women who can't take a GLP-1. Those kits no longer appear on the Hers storefront. Generic liraglutide, an older daily GLP-1 shot, is gone from it too.

If a review you read quotes a $69 kit, it is out of date. Every medicine Hers lists today is a brand-name GLP-1.

Compounded semaglutide: no longer a standard option

Hers was once one of the biggest sellers of compounded semaglutide. Compounded means a pharmacy mixes the drug itself, without FDA approval of the final product.

In September 2025, the FDA sent a warning letter to Hers. It objected to marketing that suggested the compounded product was the same as FDA-approved Wegovy.

Novo Nordisk then sued Hims & Hers in February 2026. The two companies reached a deal in March 2026. Hers stopped advertising compounded GLP-1s and moved to brand-name drugs. If you are looking for the old low compounded price, it is no longer on the menu.
