Bliv lists compounded tirzepatide "as low as $199" a month. Compounded means a licensed pharmacy mixes the drug for you under a prescription. It is not the FDA-approved brand. Compounded semaglutide, the single-action option, starts lower.

Is there a membership fee, or is the price all-in?

On the compounded track, the price is all-in. Bliv lists no separate membership fee. Its site promises "no hidden subscriptions" and "no long-term commitments or cancellation fees."

That puts Bliv closer to Henry Meds than to Mochi Health, Ro, or Hims. Those three bill a membership on top of the medicine. Bliv's brand-name track is the exception, and it is covered further down.

Does the price climb as your tirzepatide dose goes up?

Bliv does not say. It posts no dose-by-dose price table for compounded tirzepatide. Mochi Health, Ro, and Hims each post one for their own medicines.

Better Business Bureau complaints point to a related issue. Bliv bills tirzepatide by the whole vial, not by your exact dose. One customer said a multi-month vial held far less medicine than expected. That is not a price increase. But it means the cost per milligram is hard to pin down.

If you want your full cost before you start, Mochi Health is the clearer model. It prices by dose, and it posts the whole table. Henry Meds has no membership fee, but its price also varies with your dose. With either Henry or Bliv, ask for the price at your maintenance dose, the dose you stay on long term.

Mochi Health: a posted price for every dose

Mochi charges a membership of about $80 a month on top of the medicine. Its compounded tirzepatide costs about $90 to $200 a month, depending on dose. All-in, that comes to about $170 to $280 a month.

Ro: brand-name only, a much higher floor

Ro does not sell compounded tirzepatide. Its tirzepatide option is FDA-approved Zepbound. Zepbound costs about $300 a month at the starting dose and about $400–$450 at higher doses. The top price needs each refill within 45 days, under Lilly's offer.

Ro adds a membership of about $150 a month, with a $39 first month. Prepaying lowers it to about $75–$100 a month. On the monthly plan, most Ro tirzepatide patients pay about $450 to $600 a month all-in. That is more than twice Bliv's compounded starting price. Hims: also brand-name, membership billed apart from medication

Since March 2026, Hims no longer advertises compounded GLP-1s. It offers them only on a limited scale, when a provider finds them clinically necessary. Hims sells brand-name Zepbound from about $300 a month, rising to about $450 at higher doses. Its membership is $39 the first month, then about $150 a month. Is Bliv worth it for tirzepatide, or should you look elsewhere?

Bliv is a real, operating company. The BBB has accredited it with an A rating since March 2024, and its history dates to 2022. On Trustpilot, it scores 4.3 out of 5 across more than 2,200 reviews. Fast shipping and responsive providers get the most praise.

Two things weigh against that. In February 2026, the FDA sent a warning letter to Bliv Wellness LLC. It cited false or misleading claims about Bliv's compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The letter was part of a wider FDA crackdown on compounding telehealth companies, but it is a real regulatory record.

Some BBB complaints also describe billing and delivery trouble. They mention coupon codes that failed after checkout and orders that could not be canceled once at the pharmacy. At least one describes a vial with less medicine than expected.

Bliv suits a woman who wants the lowest starting price and a fast intake with no video visit. Put its $199 next to Mochi's per-dose range before you decide.
