How much does Henry Meds cost per month?
Henry Meds charges one monthly price for the medicine, visits, supplies and shipping. There is no separate membership fee.
Its weight-loss medicines are compounded. That means a pharmacy mixes them to order, so they are not the FDA-approved brands. Here are the starting prices from Henry's own price list.

Henry's site says prices start at about $180 a month. That price is for liraglutide, an older GLP-1 taken as a daily shot. A smaller semaglutide plan, as drops or dissolving tablets, costs the same.
Each plan covers medicine up to a set amount. A higher dose can cost more, and Henry doesn't post those prices. Ask for the price at your maintenance dose, the dose you stay on. That is what you may pay for most of the year.
Which Henry Meds plan fits you?

Is there a Henry Meds coupon code?
No public one. We found no coupon code, promotion or referral offer on Henry's home page, product pages or price list on October 10, 2026.
Henry's terms say affiliates and influencers can get their own codes. None is posted for everyone.
Three things do lower the price.
- Prepay: the semaglutide shot drops from about $300 a month to about $195 on a 12-month prepay.
- Choose tablets: semaglutide tablets cost about $50 a month less than the shot.
- Pay with an HSA or FSA card: these health accounts use pre-tax money. Henry says they may work in some cases, but it doesn't guarantee it.

Is there a hidden membership fee?
No. The price you see is the price you pay each month. That sets Henry apart, because most rivals bill a membership on top of the medicine.

With two charges, you have two things to track and to cancel. With Henry, there is one.
What is included in the monthly price?
- Your first consultation and the review of your health form. The evaluation is free, and you pay only if a provider prescribes.
- Follow-up visits with a provider to adjust your dose and answer questions.
- Syringes and supplies for the shots.
- Shipping on every order.
What is not included?
- Insurance: Henry doesn't bill insurance. Insurance plans generally don't cover compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
- Lab tests: they are not part of the plan. When a provider orders one, Henry can send you to a Quest lab or mail a home kit. You can also use your own doctor. You pay the lab separately.
- Leaving a prepaid plan early: you may have to pay the rest of the balance. The exception is when a provider says you must stop for medical reasons.
- Refunds: medicines are final sale once shipped. Henry keeps a $30 consultation fee from any refund once you are prescribed.
None of this is unusual for compounded GLP-1 providers. "All-in" covers the visits and the medicine, not every dollar of your treatment.
How much does Henry Meds cost per year?
These yearly totals assume your price stays at the starting level all year. If your price rises with the dose, you will pay more.

Is Henry Meds tirzepatide worth the extra cost?
Tirzepatide costs more at Henry, and it now comes only as tablets. The tablets cost about $50 to $100 a month more than semaglutide tablets.
The two drugs work differently. Semaglutide acts on one gut hormone pathway, called GLP-1. Tirzepatide acts on two, GLP-1 and GIP.
In a 2025 head-to-head trial of the brand-name drugs, people on tirzepatide lost more weight on average than people on semaglutide. Compounded versions were not part of that trial.
Whether that is worth the extra money is a decision for you and your provider. Choosing tablets over shots is a separate way to save, whichever drug you pick.
How much does Henry Meds' menopause hormone therapy cost?
Henry's women's hormone therapy program, often called HRT, costs about $150 a month. Visits, medicine and shipping are included. Testosterone cream costs $100 a month extra if prescribed.

How does Henry Meds compare with Mochi Health, Ro and Hims?
Mochi Health: cheaper, with a membership on top
Mochi charges a membership of about $80 a month, plus a medicine fee that rises with your dose. All-in, compounded semaglutide costs about $140 to $270 a month. Tirzepatide runs about $170 to $280.
Mochi now works as a marketplace of pharmacies, so the medicine price can vary. Prepaying the membership for a year lowers it to about $50 a month.
Even at its top semaglutide dose, Mochi costs about $30 a month less than Henry's monthly shot. At lower doses, the gap is much larger. On tirzepatide, Mochi's shot costs less than Henry's tablets at every dose.

Ro: brand-name medicines only, higher floor
Ro prescribes only FDA-approved brand-name drugs, such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Foundayo and Ozempic. Its membership costs $39 the first month, then about $150 a month. A 12-month prepay brings it to about $75 a month. The medicine comes on top.
On the monthly plan, the total runs about $300 to $600 a month. With a prepaid year and the Wegovy pill at its starting dose, it is about $225 a month.

Hims & Hers: brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound
Since March 2026, Hims no longer advertises compounded GLP-1s. Its menu lists brand-name drugs, such as Wegovy, through a deal with Novo Nordisk, and Zepbound.
The membership costs $39 the first month, then about $150 a month. It is billed apart from the medicine.

So is Henry the cheapest?
Not always. Mochi often costs less for compounded medicine.
The brand-name Wegovy pill costs about $150 a month at its starting dose, straight from Novo Nordisk, if you already have a prescription. At the doses most people stay on, it costs about $300, more than Henry's tablets.
Henry's clear win is simple billing. You get one charge and no membership.
Is Henry Meds worth the cost?
If simple billing matters to you, Henry has one of the simplest price models in GLP-1 telehealth. There is no membership and no second subscription to cancel. It also offers both semaglutide and tirzepatide as tablets.
It is a weaker fit if you want insurance billing, lab tests included, or FDA-approved brand-name drugs. For those, Ro or Hims will serve you better, at a higher price. Get the price for your maintenance dose before you commit.

Both, according to Henry's own pages. A 503A pharmacy is state-licensed and prepares a medicine for one patient's prescription. A 503B outsourcing facility registers with the FDA and makes larger batches. In April 2026, the FDA proposed not adding semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide to the list of bulk ingredients 503B facilities may use. No final decision has been made. Ask which pharmacy fills your prescription.
Does Henry Meds include lab work?+–
Lab tests are not part of the GLP-1 plan. When a provider orders a test, Henry can send you to a Quest lab or mail an at-home blood kit. You can also use your own doctor or lab.
