Its main feature is all-inclusive pricing. One fee every four weeks covers your video visits, your medication, 2-day shipping and 24/7 support. There are no separate consult charges and no surprise line items. That matters in a space where a low monthly price often grows once visits are billed on top.

Does Fountain include testosterone, and who needs that tier?
Yes. Fountain includes testosterone at every tier when a clinician judges it right for you. There is no separate prescription fee, evaluation charge or special plan. Many HRT platforms don't offer it at all, or charge extra for it.
Be clear on what testosterone does for women. The strongest evidence is for low sexual desire after menopause. That comes from a 2019 global consensus statement endorsed by The Menopause Society and the Endocrine Society. The same statement found too little evidence for energy, mood or muscle.
