What is Inner Balance, and what is Oestra cream?
Inner Balance is an online clinic for perimenopause and menopause hormone therapy. Its main treatment is Oestra. Oestra is a single cream that holds two hormones, estradiol and progesterone.
You apply one pump a day to the vaginal tissue. The hormones pass into the blood and act on the whole body, not only the vagina. Inner Balance says this one cream replaces the usual mix of an estrogen patch, a progesterone pill and a separate vaginal cream.

Does Oestra help with vaginal dryness?
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause, or GSM, is the medical name for vaginal dryness, pain during sex, urinary changes and repeat infections. It affects a large share of women in perimenopause and after menopause.
Low-dose estrogen applied in the vagina has strong evidence for treating GSM. Oestra goes on the same tissue, but at a whole-body dose with progesterone added. Many other platforms prescribe a vaginal cream as an extra item, with its own cost. With Inner Balance, that cost is not added on top.
If dryness is your only symptom, a plain low-dose vaginal estrogen is the usual first step. You do not need whole-body hormones for that alone.
Is Inner Balance worth it for you?
Inner Balance fits a woman who wants low long-term HRT costs. It also suits her if one cream sounds easier than a patch and a pill. After month six, the price is genuinely attractive.
