How much does Noom GLP-1 cost per month on Noom Med?

Noom Med's price depends on the plan you pick. Every plan starts with a lower price for your first four weeks. After that, the regular monthly price applies.

The quick pick depends on what you need. The cheapest way to start a weight-loss GLP-1 is Microdose GLP-1Rx. The simplest full-dose plan is GLP-1Rx, with everything in one price. If insurance may cover a brand-name drug, look at the branded telehealth plan.

The three GLP-1 plans use compounded drugs. A compounding pharmacy makes its own version of the medicine. The FDA does not review those versions for safety or quality.

Metformin is a common diabetes pill. Noom's own site notes that it is not FDA-approved for weight loss.

The monthly price is not what hits your card each month. Noom bills these plans once every 12 weeks, in one charge. That charge is three times the monthly price.

Is there a membership fee on top of the Noom Med price?

No, not on the GLP-1 plans or the pill plan. Noom calls this all-inclusive pricing. One charge covers clinician care, the medication, and the Noom app.

That is simpler than Mochi Health. Mochi bills a $79 membership and the medication as two separate subscriptions.

The branded telehealth plan works differently. After a $39 first month, it costs about $130 a month. That covers the clinician, the prescription, and the app.

The brand-name drug itself is extra, such as Wegovy or Zepbound. You pay for it through your insurance or out of pocket. Insurance never covers the Noom program itself.

What happened with the Noom cancellation lawsuit, and does it affect billing today?

Noom settled a class action called Mahood v. Noom, Inc. for about $62 million. That total was $56 million in cash plus $6 million in subscription credits. A federal judge gave final approval in July 2022.

Customers said Noom made auto-renewing subscriptions hard to cancel. They also said Noom moved them into paid plans without clear consent. The case covered the classic Noom Healthy Weight app from 2016 to 2020, before Noom Med's GLP-1 plans existed.

As part of the deal, Noom agreed to ask for clear consent before auto-renewing. It also promised clearer terms and an easier way to cancel. Accounts that had gone inactive had their auto-renewal turned off.

Does it still matter? Noom holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Still, recent BBB complaints describe charges that arrived after a customer cancelled. One describes a full 12-week bill landing after cancellation.

So check the cancellation steps before you enroll. Then watch your card statement for a couple of months after you cancel.

What's included in the Noom Med monthly price?

On the three GLP-1 plans, the price covers more than the drug.

• Clinician care: an online assessment, your prescription, and slow, step-by-step dose increases
• The medication: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, shipped to you
• Coaching: 1:1 coaching with AI-powered support between sessions
• The Noom app: short daily lessons, food logging, and progress tracking

What's not included: costs to budget for separately

• Insurance: it does not cover the compounded plans. That is normal for compounded drugs, not a Noom gap.
• Lab work: Noom's GLP-1 plans do not list blood tests as included. If your clinician wants labs, they may cost extra.
• FSA or HSA: these are pre-tax health spending accounts. Noom marks its GLP-1 and pill plans as eligible. Your plan administrator has the final say.
• Your state: the GLP-1Rx plan is not offered in Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi. Check your state before you start the intake.

How much does the Noom microdose semaglutide plan cost, and is it worth it?

Microdose GLP-1Rx is Noom's cheapest weight-loss GLP-1 plan, at about $180 a month. That is about $70 a month less than the standard semaglutide plan. Only Proactive Health costs less, and it caps the dose lower and aims at overall health.

It uses a lower dose of semaglutide. Noom sells it as a gentler start for people worried about side effects. As a lower-cost way to begin with a clinician, it is a fair option.

Take one piece of its marketing lightly. In May 2026, NAD recommended Noom change or drop its "A Smaller Dose. A Smarter Start" claim. NAD is the advertising industry's self-regulation body. Eli Lilly, the maker of Zepbound, brought the challenge.

NAD did not say microdosing is unsafe or ineffective. It found Noom had not proven that the smaller dose itself gives a real health advantage. So treat "smarter start" as a slogan, not a clinical fact.

How much does Noom cost per year?

Here is a realistic first-year cost for each plan. It counts the intro price for the first four weeks, then four 12-week bills.

Mochi Health: two bills, but a lower total

Mochi charges a $79 monthly membership. The medication is billed on top and rises with your dose.

Mochi's tirzepatide stays under Noom's standard tirzepatide plan at every dose. Its semaglutide stays under Noom's standard semaglutide plan up to the 2.67 mg dose. Henry Meds has no membership fee. Its prices include the clinician and the medication.

The pattern: Noom is not the cheapest place to get the drug. Mochi Health and Fridays' annual plan cost less. What Noom adds is its coaching app, included in every plan. That is worth paying for only if you would really use it.

Is there a Noom coupon or discount that lowers the price?

Not one for Noom Med that holds up. Coupon sites advertise big Noom discounts. Those deals mostly apply to Noom Weight, the app-only program without medication.

Noom Weight costs about $70 a month, or about $210 for a full year. It is already included in every Noom Med plan.

The lower price for your first four weeks is Noom Med's built-in discount. It does not stack with a coupon.

Your best real saving is paying with an FSA or HSA card. You pay with pre-tax money, so you save roughly your tax rate.

Is Noom Med worth the price?

It depends on whether you will use the app. Noom's daily lessons, tracking, and coaching are a second product bundled into the price. If you want that, paying more than Mochi Health makes sense.

If you mainly want the prescription and a clinician, cheaper options exist. Either way, plan ahead for the 12-week charge so it does not catch you off guard.
